JMS can design and deliver a wide variety of finished products. Our expertise and technology cover a range of manufacturing disciplines:

The technology we use allows us to design parts in detail up to .0005”. And our built-in quality controls mean every part is built to the same precise measurements.

Equipment
We’re proud of the equipment we use:

• 15 CNC lathes
– 10 bar feeds with capacity of 3.75” diameter
– 5 chuckers with 8” diameter and 45” length capacity
– 4th axis capability
– Sub Spindle capability

• 8 screw machines for bulk orders
– 4 multi-spindle machines with capacity of 2” diameter
– 4 single spindle screw machines

7 CNC mills
– 40” x 20” travel and pallet table capability
• 4 CNC saws
• 3 engine lathes and several hand mills for tool making capabilities
• 3 wire feed welders to help meet your fabriction needs


We also use GIBS CAM technology, one of the most advanced software packages in the industry. This allows us to improve our efficiency and accuracy in quoting, set-up and production.
